Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Deposits

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a **30% non-refundable deposit**. The remaining **70% balance** is due at least **60 days prior** to your safari departure date. For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of departure), full payment is required immediately.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following fee structure applies:

• More than 60 days prior to departure: Loss of the 30% deposit.
• 30 to 59 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

3. Travel Insurance Requirements

All travelers booking with YAWAPEPE SAFARIS are **required** to hold comprehensive travel insurance. This insurance must cover emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, personal injury, and baggage loss.

4. Liability & Force Majeure

YAWAPEPE SAFARIS is not responsible for tour alterations, delays, or cancellations caused by war, civil unrest, natural disasters, weather conditions, airline delays, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
